Acceptance of Terms
By using the Safe Hand Transport website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

Services Provided
Safe Hand Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) in New Jersey, including transport to medical appointments, therapy, dialysis, chemotherapy, airport transfers, and recreational activities. All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

Booking & Reservations
Ride requests submitted through our website are requests only — not confirmed bookings — until you receive verbal confirmation from our team by phone. We recommend submitting requests at least 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling. Safe Hand Transport may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances — vehicle issues, severe weather, or safety concerns — and will notify you as promptly as possible.

Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup time, disclose all relevant mobility or medical needs at booking, and treat our team with respect. Abusive or threatening behavior may result in refusal of service. Safe Hand Transport is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

Payment
Payment is processed over the phone at the time of booking confirmation. Rates are agreed upon before service delivery. We do not currently process payments online.

Limitation of Liability
Safe Hand Transport will exercise reasonable care in all services. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control, or for indirect damages arising from use of our services. Our liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
